Stephen was born and raised in South Louisiana and attended E.D. White Catholic High School and Nicholls State University. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology, Stephen worked for the Department of Public Health and Hospitals in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then earned a Master’s Degree in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern in Miami, Florida.

Upon graduation, Stephen began working at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, where he provided wound care, acute bedside therapy, and rehabilitation therapy. In 2003, Stephen started his career in the home health setting in the New Orleans area. Upon returning to Thibodaux, he worked for six years at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, specializing in acute care therapy. In 2013, Stephen returned to the home health setting, where he enjoys helping patients regain their independence.

In his spare time, Stephen can be found working in his yard, camping, attending his children’s sporting events, and relaxing with his friends and family.
